What exactly is a past Self and a future Self?

"Since time is a man-made concept, Humanity's understanding of past and future is focused within a linear timeline. However, the Universe does not operate on a linear timeline like you do. "Time" can be perceived more effectively within a spiral format. Your past, present and future Self are all existing "now", as we travel up and down the "spiral of time" at any given moment of existence. Your past Self is a projection of your Higher Self in a less evolved state, your future Self is a projection of your Higher Self in a more evolved state, but remember that your Higher Self has access to all of these versions of you at any given moment."
